This last week has been another wild one. Melanie went to the hospital and was finally diagnosed with cellulitis. The rash she had to prove it looked terrifying indeed. And she was warned she might be staying in the hospital until next Friday if need be. Poor Ben. He has no family anywhere near him to help. I am glad the Church lives as family wherever you go, so hopefully he will get the help and support they need.
Papabear is still not very well. He is still vomiting daily and not feeling well. At the same time, Krush received notice from her doctor this week. They want to see her this Tuesday for consultation. We don't know why exactly so we are imagining all kinds of head trauma events.
Those who know Julie might be interested in knowing that she went in for surgery today. I do not know how to explain it but her insides are a tangled mess and she had to have some intestines removed.
I don't know.....this is what life is about, I suppose. The quote above is from Isaiah 41:10 commanding us to be strong and unafraid. I'm not afraid, but I keep thinking I'm being called to repentance for some reason. We should be living the commandments better. I hope we're learning our lessons now. I don't feel strong, that's for sure.
The storm Sandy, was very frightening and scares me. The storms seem to get worse and worse. How prepared are we for something like that. I do know the Church has taught us for years and years to prepare. It helps a lot to know the Church is ready to help out I don't doubt things will turn out okay and just be little tempests in teapots. We just need to straighten up a bit. But , I hope this next week is much milder than the last.

OUR FAMILY MANTRA
"Sometimes he would get so swept up in ideas, you had to chase him around with a butterfly net."

Oh, I can see you have many worries; I'm so sorry for all your family is going through. Thank goodness for your Church family and your strong faith in God. He will see you through.
You are in my prayers, too.
I hope things get better now.
