Things have been popping here for the last two weeks with lots of birthdays and celebrations. Living in the present is definitely a good idea.

Good advice. Then again, I'm not sure I worry about the past so much as I worry about the present bills I have to pay because of things bought in the past. And I don't stress about the future so much. I just stress about the unbelievable amount of stuff I have to do in the present because of that future.
