This is a view from the street of the backyard of our old house, posted mostly for Christopher, and Ben's family. It just shows that the new owners have built a nice garage. This definitely settles the driveway/access question. The owner of the wall on the left has always been very reluctant to allow us to use the access, claiming it belongs to him. Our house has a court order that it belongs to our house. It has sometimes been quite the subject of debate. But no question now and I'm happy that it's settled. Just thought some of you would like to know.

Hallelujah! Sock it to him! I remember testifying in court over these things! We actually didn't own the land but had legal right-of-way.
We have the legal papers. And the man who bought the house is a Harvard Lawyer, so he knows how to handle it. D... just denied everything the last time they talked to him, almost shut the door in their face, so I'm pretty sure he'll get what's coming to him.
