I am actually posting because I am so tired of seeing the one at the bottom about losing my list of favorites. It didn't seem to get much attention and that's okay. It's pretty boring just scrolling past it.
So this one will bump that one off and that's worth it, even if that's all it's worth.
I'm going to tell you about my new popcorn popper. Whenever I use it, I am just so impressed I think "I shall have to post about this." I know, kinda pathetic. But it really is a good one...an Orville Reddenbacher. It might likely go more unnoticed except I had bought a new one just before this one, a cheap-o version, that really was crappy. You all know how very much I like popcorn so imagine that the first one was so ineffecient that I actually quit using it. Yes, I did!!! It was rather short, so it really overheated the bowl that the {sorta'} fluffy stuff fell into. And,honestly, at least 60% of the kernals came out unpopped. Can you repop those things?? I didn't think so. But that was less than half the expected yield, and it was kind of blah at that. My new Orville Reddenbacher Popcorn Popper leaves virtually no kernals unpopped and they are very light and fluffy. And it is quick...almost gets finished before the butter melting in the microwave. I love it!!!!.
And, I might add that Deerfield Farms popcorn, sold at Walgreens is superior to all the others. I'll probably never get another chance to mention this. But there you are.
Consider this your pause from a word from my sponser....sort of. I just thought I would mention it.

Glad to know it! Now I wish I had some popcorn!
If my tummy weren't so full right now, it would sound wonderful. Damon is only eating what he needs. Wonder how long that will last. I don't suppose missionaries get to pig out much. He even refuses sweets. I, however, have no such problem!
I've always liked popcorn but never really craved it or even wanted it unless someone was eating it around me. That is until I was pregnant. Now I sometimes fantasize about it. It sounds like I know a good place to go :)
And I'm glad you got a good one. I'm sick of junk! I keep thinking this recession thing will teach us to cut back to basics, but I also keep thinking that maybe it's time we insist on quality over quantity!
