WRITER'S BLOCK
Just stopping in to say I have writer's block. I've wanted to post for about a week and nothing happens. Maybe things are too busy, mostly it's too hot to do anything. August is miserable, but it's almost finished. I always say you have to just hold on, don't pass out from the heat, and wait for August to go away. September comes up in a few days.

Our furnace turned on this morning and I needed a sweatshirt when I walked this morning. It was about 50. We often have beautiful weather in September, and I am not thrilled with this turn of events. That's what we get here, all that moist marine air. I am glad you will cool down soon. My daughter has also been complaining about it.
I have writer's block too. Sometimes I think it is because nothing happens to me. Who wants to hear about taking care of elderly people? Thanks for all your nice comments about my family history blogs. It is challenging to make something out of nothing, but I do really enjoy the information about the places they lived. Wish I knew more about them.
Me too. I've had a blog forming in my head since the end of last week but I can't get anywhere with it.
Our ac at home keeps turning off sometime in the middle of the night so I wake up miserable. At least the mornings are nice outside when I take the dog out! And at work, we're on a budget or something so it's hot here too. Blah!
Hang on you two....it's almost the end of August.
Drat! A loud cricket has just started chirping. I really hate those things. I'll be glad when they are gone.

jak....can you open your windows for some air???? Nothing is worse that waking up miserable. I wish those NAC people would get some sense about comfort in the work place.
