I AM A READER!! I AM!! I AM!!!

Since my last blog about reading 4-5 or more books A WEEK!!! I sat down to think about what I actually do read. I also declared to myself that I will read more than one book a week or else, and thus be somewhat acceptable in the literary world of readers. I also found it a bit difficult to find ANY time to read at all this weekend. So I sat down and thought about what I have been doing and guess what? I was surprised when I began to tally up what I had read to discover that the total came to six books in the last three weeks. That's great!! I had not counted the books on decorating or the light reading that was done quickly, The Measure of a Man by S.Poitier, and even the book of 1st Timothy in the Bible. That counts. So there you go! I do read. Also included is The Age of Innocence by Wharton, not a quick read. I feel much better now. I still feel a little bit obsessive/compulsive about it, but that's okay. I just wanted to let you know.
