This is a nicely written testament to the power of faith and spiritual perseverance. Ms. Laughrun tells you her life's story and about her successes in life, explaining how she has passed the age of seventy and is still dynamic and going strong. Her daughter, who co-authors this book, adds her own chapter about her life.I feel the book tends to ramble on a lot and lacks some real get down and do it programs. There is some help and good advice, but a lack of enthusiasm and somthing for the reader to really become involved with. If you just need a friend to "talk to" this works well. But frankly, I was expecting a lot more help on being older and managing different aspects of aging. The title suggests the book has a lot more to offer in this genre than it delivers.
